SV City is the first of four residential/commercial projects being developed by Sahaviriya City Public Co.,Ltd.

Two majors shareholders in SVCT are The Sahaviriya Group of Companies (SV Group) led by the Viriyaprapaikit family, and The New Way Group led by Mr.Eric Lai. Other shareholders include some of Thailand's leading financial institutions as well as the Guangdong Investment Group from China.

SVCT established in September 1990 and converted to public company status in February 1994 and presently has a registered capital of US$120 million with US$73 million fully paid up and a capital-in-reserve of US$128 million.

Together New Way Group and the Viriyaprapaikit family have provided SVCT with a strong foundation based on entrepreneurial skilled, keen timing, a wealth of experience and innovative ideas that keeps the company far ahead of its competitors in Thailand' property market.
